I study computer science at the University of Waterloo and work at the intersection of distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
When I'm not staring at a terminal, you'll probably find me drawing. I also like to make an unnecessary amount of Spotify playlists and consider myself to be a movie enthusiast (with a soft spot for the horror genre), having watched and logged 0 films (0 this year) on Letterboxd so far.

This fall, I'm in San Francisco as a Member of Technical Staff Intern at OpenAI! I'm on the Ads ML Infra team working on detecting train-serve skew for pCTR models.
In summer 2026, I interned at Databricks in San Francisco, where I worked on AI workflows and LLM orchestration for developer tooling. It was pretty fascinating to dive into the orchestration layer and navigate trade-offs in tracing, latency, and state management.
In fall 2025, I interned at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Seattle. I worked with the DynamoDB Global Tables team to break down regional obstacles for infrastructure tooling. It was interesting to learn about the challenges of maintaining a massive, high-performance database.
In winter 2025, I interned at Hatch in their Niagara Falls office, where I was introduced to the complexities of hydropower optimization. I worked on improving the efficiency of hydropower dams and explored the use of machine learning for predicting water inflow, which bridges the fields of engineering, sustainability, and software.
